redbear... facilities are a spruce-up, simplified version of "Main Place," w/ American foods & considerable, delightful twists.The walls are unadorned. The chairs are a comfortable hodgepodge of at least 2 different cafes. There is live music equipment along 1 wall. Dining area & restroom • very clean, w/ wonderful cooking aromas wafting thru. The employees are courteous, attentive & informative. I visited at opening time on a Wednesday (5:00 PM), so I was the 1st customer. Ordered the Bacon Mushroom Swiss Burger w/ sea salt fries, Mexican Coca-Cola, Crawford Bock beer, cheesecake ↝ $33.º². My bun was daily-fresh brioche from Paris Bakery. All sauces, including catsup were by Redbear.
